We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Report your return
Email us at info@palmgraceboutique.com and let us know which item you would like to return.
2. Pack your order
Place the product securely in a box, preferably in its original packaging.
3. Ship your package
After your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note that some of our return shipments are processed outside Australia, which may lead to longer processing times and potential customs or administrative fees.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in good condition.
5. Refund
If approved, we will refund your purchase amount to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom-made products
Items that have been opened or used
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Perishable goods
Personal care items
Sale items or gift cards

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.
